Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries have the advantages of small size, light weight, high working voltage, large specific energy, long cycle life, no pollution, and good safety performance. Currently, electric bicycles and communication base stations are basically lead-acid batteries. The market for lead-acid batteries in my country is about 100 billion yuan, which is a huge replacement opportunity for the lithium-ion battery industry.
For a company to excel in a fierce environment, it must first have scale advantages, improve efficiency, and ensure supply capabilities. In addition, we must pay attention to controlling low-end market risks, have a deep understanding of product structure and customer structure, and adjust to the mid-to-high-end market, instead of blindly impulsive bargaining.
